Guest Credo

We've established an AirCIC guest credo (i.e. guidelines) that we expect our community to follow. This is to ensure the program runs smoothly and to provide a supportive and constructive working environment. You can also check out the host credo

  • Use it like you own it. When you arrive, if you notice anything broken or damaged in the office, please let us know and please include photos. You may be responsible for damage that appears to have occurred during your stay, just like a rental car.
  • Leave no trace. Return the space to the clean and tidy state in which you found it.
  • Be an active participant. Engage in the vibrant community, even if you’re only there for a short while.
  • Share your thoughts. We welcome constructive feedback on this experiment, so please share your ideas via AirCIC@cic.us
  • Use responsibly.

How do I sign up to be a guest to book an AirCIC office?

To sign up as a guest, please fill out this sign up form. Any current CIC member may join.

I'm not a CIC client—can I be an AirCIC guest?

CIC does not offer AirCIC spaces to non-CIC clients.

When will I be charged for my reservations?

The company you are part of will be charged for your AirCIC reservation on your next CIC invoice. If you notice any billing discrepancies, please email us at AirCIC@cic.us.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. For the day, this is your office. Remember, visitors who are not CIC clients must be accompanied by you at all times.

Help, I need some assistance regarding AirCIC. What should I do?

If you can’t find the answer here, or you just want to say hi, please email us at AirCIC@cic.us. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a time-sensitive issue, feel free to reach out to your relationship manager or community team and they’ll be able to help.

 

 

How will my key work?

Automatically, once you receive a confirmation from our team that you are signed up. AirCIC operates on an honor system. Your key will open the doors of all participating AirCIC hosts at all times.  We trust you never to enter an AirCIC office unless you have properly reserved the office through AirCIC's Roomzilla. We may periodically check access logs for AirCIC offices to ensure that office spaces are only used with proper reservations. If you have any key trouble, visit your local community team office or email AirCIC@cic.us.

How long can I use the office?

All AirCIC reservations are all day long! You can come in as early (and stay as late) as you want, and CIC staff are generally on site to assist from 9am to 5pm.

Will I get a confirmation? How do I know I’m booked?

You will! You’ll receive a confirmation email from Roomzilla right away, as well as an automated reminder email an hour before your reservation. Be sure to cancel any reservations you don’t intend to use before they begin. Once a reservation starts, you will be responsible for the cost, and it cannot be cancelled or deleted. Please use your full name and email address when making reservations.
